Guidelines for submission to the

Weekly Messenger

This publication is distributed with the worship folders every Sunday.

• Be brief. (Longer articles should be submitted to the King's Call and will be mailed to all our members.)

• Format in Bullets

• Place articles in the Messenger box in the church office.

• Observe the dead line: Tuesday @ 12:00 noon
         Feel free to bring things in as soon as you know about them.

• If you have a series of articles, it is helpful to have all of them at the same time.   Just put the dates that you want them to appear by each one.

• E-mail to Messenger@ctkcda.org
  Be aware that sometimes it takes more than one day to get E-mail.

The King's Call

This publication is mailed monthly to all members of the congregation.

• You can go into more detail than in the Messenger to explain or promote events coming up in the next month or so. 

• Use only fresh material.  It is more effective if the same article is not repeated.

• Report on the events that took place in the previous month.  Long summeriesare not very effective..

• Graphics are welcome.

• Camera ready is okay.  It is most helpful to have the material on a disc or e-mailed to us.  This allows us to make any corrections or adjust the formating in the newsletter. 

• Place articles (and discs) in the Newsletter box.

• E-Mail to The King's Call@ctkcda.org

• Observe the deadline: The Sunday before the 15th of the month before the newsletter.  These articles may be turned in much earlier if ready.  

• If you have a series that you want to put in, feel free to bring the whole series at the same time and note the dates you want each part published.

NOTE:  All submissions are subject to editing by staff to conform to format and content.
